INTERCULTURAL OPENINGS

Intercultural opening is a complex change management process which aims to achieve equal access for all to supply structure services. My work is based on my advanced trainings in systemic organisational development at denkmodell, Berlin and various trainings in civic education.

I do this work because I am grateful to live in a society in which diversity is possible. Because I know that peace can not be taken for granted. Humanity needs to be fought for - with other people and with ourselves. Over and over again.
