Strategy Workshop in Kairo

I am passionate about developing projects. I am keen on taking responsibility for people, finances and processes. To form ideas, structures, relationships. For many years now, I have been responsible for projects in the areas of migration, integration and diversity.

I do this work because I am grateful to live in a society in which diversity is possible. Because I know, deep down, that peace can not be taken for granted. Humanity needs to be fought for - with other people and with ourselves. Over and over again.

Writing applications is a part of it

I like writing applications. Preferably in a participative way with partners, stakeholders and, if possible, with donors. I have written applications for a number of donors; by myself as well as for and with others. Examples include the German Federal for Labour and Welfare (BMAS), Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMSFJ), Federal Ministry of Migration and Refugees, Federal Ministry of Development Cooperation (BMZ), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (AA-IFA), State capital Munich, Erasmus+, Grundtvig and several foundations.
